Soudobé dějiny (Contemporary History Specialisation is a distance study programme in the Czech language that offers a scientifically qualified, broadly territorially grounded Bachelor's education in the field of Czech and general modern and contemporary history. In the first year, the focus is on general issues and the basics of methodology; the second year concentrates on contemporary history of the specified territories, and the main task of the third year is the preparation of a Bachelor's thesis.
