Leadership and Institutionalisation of Teaching Excellence (LITE) equips university leaders, academic managers, teaching staff, and administrators with the tools and competences needed to institutionalise and reward teaching excellence. Through evidence-based mapping, tailored training, mentoring schemes, and structured policy dialogue, LITE strengthens leadership capacity and establishes a permanent European Network for Leadership and Institutionalisation of Teaching Excellence (ENLITE) to foster institutional change and support education policy reforms.

LITE delivers a comprehensive Mapping & Best Practice Report, four tailored training curricula, a blended learning environment and portal, a mentoring scheme for leaders, a CTL institutionalisation guide, a Start-up Kit, a Self-Assessment Tool, a policy brief series, and the permanent ENLITE network — equipping universities with evidence-based tools to institutionalise and reward teaching excellence while informing policy-making across the EU.
