Applications for starter apartments for young academics and researchers are now being accepted

The Commission for the Allocation of Starter Apartments has set a deadline for submitting applications for the allocation of starter apartments for young academics and researchers working at Charles University.

Specifically, these are apartments No. 1442 and No. 1440, located in the Krystal Center building at José Martího 2/407 in Prague 6, with a layout of 2+kk, and are ready to move into from May 1, 2026. Both apartments are equipped with only the basics – a stove, kitchen unit, built-in wardrobe, electric boiler, instantaneous water heater, radiators, and measuring and control technology.

Applications for the apartments can be submitted until Saturday, April 11, using the form available here. The document also contains the full text of the announcement, detailed information and requirements for the application, and specifications for both apartments.
