Come to the presentation of the Transnational History series

Karolinum Publishing, in collaboration with Revue Prostor, is hosting a presentation of its new series, Transnational History, which explores historical processes, phenomena, and actors from global, regional, and local perspectives.

The first two volumes of the series are based on the dissertations of graduates of the Modern History doctoral programme - Jakub Střelec and Kateřina Vnoučková - about whom you can learn more in our previous article. Professor Ota Konrád is also a member of the editorial board, alongside Jakub Beneš (University College London), Maciej Górny (Polish Academy of Sciences), Jana Osterkamp (University of Augsburg), and Philipp Ther (University of Vienna).

The event will take place on Tuesday, May 12, at 5:30 p.m. in the HYB4 Reading Room at the Hybernská Campus, and will feature presentations by both authors mentioned above as well as Professor Konrád. Dr. Eliška Tomalová will host the evening.
