Dr. Zuzana Lizcová contributed to the publication of a new research article about cross-border cooperation between Czechia and Germany

Dr. Zuzana Lizcová from KNRS, together with Jana Urbanovská and Karel B. Müller, published a new academic article in the Journal of Borderlands Studies entitled Civil Society Organizations in Czech–German Relations: Exploring Cross-Border Forms of Capital and Scope of Institutionalization.

The article examines the scope of institutionalization of civil society organizations involved in cross-border cooperation (CBC) between the Czech Republic and Germany. It also reveals that project-based, short-term funding causes organizational instability and is one of the main obstacles to the institutionalization of CBC activities.
