PhD student Lamiya Panahova published an article on the role of the EU in resolving the conflict in Karabakh

Lamiya Panahova, a PhD student at the Department of Russian and Eastern Studies, published an article entitled Recognition of the EU’s Actorness in the Karabakh Peace Process by Azerbaijan in the academic journal Problems of Post-Communism. The article focuses on the role of the European Union in resolving the conflict in Karabakh and emphasizes that the Azerbaijani government's recognition of the EU as a peace actor has limited its involvement in the peace process.
