Recent activities of Dr. Valeriya Korablyova in the field of international academic cooperation
Dr. Valeriya Korablyova from KRVS has been very active in international academic cooperation recently.
She first participated in the winter school of the Invisible University for Ukraine program at Central European University in Budapest, where she lectured on the topic of Public reactions to the Russian war in the EU: between activism and whataboutism. Subsequently, together with other academics from the Sorbonne, Warsaw, Copenhagen, and Heidelberg Universities, she was successful in the SPEED4EU+ grant competition for the ESCAPE (Eurovision Song Contest as an Arena for Pluralism and Europeanness) research program. The aim of this program is to examine Eurovision as a transnational arena in which European identity, values, and a sense of belonging are negotiated, questioned, and reshaped.
