Three doctoral students from the Modern History programme presented their research at a workshop in Paris

This year again, first-year PhD students in Modern History at IMS — Giovanni Ghetti, Alina Galster, and Tomáš Košek — had the opportunity to present their research at a doctoral workshop organized by CERCEC / EHESS in Paris.

This cooperation in doctoral training builds on the long-standing scholarly partnership between IMS and CERCEC / EHESS, particularly in the fields of the social and cultural history of war, society, violence, and the post-war period.
