Teaching and researching European politics, democratic legitimacy, comparative politics: political-economy transformations and party politics in Western and Eastern Societies, tensions between EU economic governance and representative democracies, populism & technopopulism| Tudzarovska examines the states and societal transformations as part of EU integration project, both East and West, looking into EU enlargement, EU foreign policy, EU economic policy and related policies. Tudzarovska is co-conventor of the UACES Research Network “Re-thinking Europe’s East-West Divide” with Dr. Eli Gateva, University of Oxford and Dr. Julia Rone, Vrije University, Amsterdam.

Tudzarovska is a media contributor to: Social Europe, International Politics and Society (IPS), ECPR Blog on populism etc.
Tudzarovska is a former practitioner with extensive experience in leading programs and projects in the EU integration process, party democracy, democratization, social market economy, and foreign and security policy at FCO, British Embassy Skopje - under Conflict, Stability and Security Fund (CSSF). From 2007 to 2013 Tudzarovska coordinated programs and projects in EU-NATO integration in the SEE region at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung (KAS) Skopje/Berlin in the: Rule of Law; EU-NATO Integration; party democracy and democratization; national parliaments and EU integration, women in politics; security and stability; media and democratization; conflict prevention in the Western Balkans; social market economy. In this period she was also chief editor of the political-economic Journal "Political Thought" KAS (2008-2012)

Tudzarovska is currently writing on the EU political and economic transformations since the early 1990s, and the societal transformations in Western and Eastern societies.
