A great grant success - Claims Conference

Karin Hofmeisterová, a recent graduate of the International Area Studies PhD programme, has been awarded a prestigious Claims Conference grant to fund her teaching.

Claims Conference grants are specifically for organizations that assist Jewish Nazi victims and projects that promote research and education.

Under the auspices of this grant, three courses will be taught in the winter semester:

• JTB009 - Židovská otázka do roku 1945 a holokaust ve střední Evropě
• JTB013 - On the road to the Holocaust: a history of mass violence up to 1945 (DSSE)
• JTM515 - Transnational Politics, Complicity, and Victims of the Holocaust (PMSD)
