Karim Kamel has achieved prestigious scholarship from the ZEIT-Stiftung

We are pleased to announce that Karim Kamel has achieved outstanding success in international competition and has been awarded a prestigious PhD scholarship by the ZEIT-Stiftung Ebelin und Gerd Bucerius. His research project, entitled "The Impact of the Delphi Method on Emerging Disruptive Technology (EDT) Policy", has been granted funding for a period of 36 months.

The "Uncertainty" fellowship programme is designed to provide support for high-quality research projects that address uncertainties in a range of fields, including disruptive technologies, climate challenges, economic issues and other societal problems. The programme's objective is to facilitate the development of tools and strategies that enable effective responses to these significant challenges.

This year, 282 applications were submitted to the programme, of which only 11 projects were funded. This result confirms the high level and scientific potential of Karim Kamel's project.

Further information on the Uncertainty Programme can be found on the official ZEIT-Stiftung Uncertainty Programme website.

We congratulate Karim Kamel on this important academic achievement and wish him every success in his scientific project!
