On behalf of the Department of North American Studies, IMS FSV UK, we would like to cordially invite you to a lecture by the Taiwanese Minister of the National Development Council, Mr. Ming-Hsin Kung. The lecture, entitled "Taiwan's Role in the Post-Pandemic World Economy", will take place on Monday, October 25 at 4:00 pm in the Karolinum Grand Meeting Room (2nd floor, 560/5 Fruit Market). Registration for the event is required here. The lecture will be translated into Czech.

October 29

On October 25, 2021, a lecture entitled "Taiwan's Role in the Post-Pandemic World Economy" was held under the auspices of the Department of North American Studies and the Czech-Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce. The guest speaker was the Taiwanese Minister of the National Development Council, Mr. Ming-Hsin Kung. The event took place at the Karolinum in Prague. The Minister was welcomed by the Vice-Rector for European Affairs of the Charles University, Professor Lenka Rovna. At the lecture, Minister Kung first briefly introduced the history of Taiwan, then focused on the economic achievements of the Taiwanese government and concluded his speech with the topic of the developing Czech-Taiwanese relations.
