Library Summer Opening Hours
Starting July 1 (until August 11), all library branches will work under limited opening hours.
Starting August 12 (until August 31), the library will be in process of changing the platform, while the original platform will be down during that time. It will not be possible to borrow any books during that time period and the libraries are to be open for studying only.
