Another interesting publication worthy your library

Jakub Eberle and Vladimír Handl have published a book on German foreign policy, based on a GAČR grant (FSV UK recipient) - Rozpolcená mocnost.

They examine in detail three controversial areas of German foreign policy: the relationship with Russia, arms exports, and its economic diplomacy.  They conclude that Germany is behaving like a divided power whose political choices are the result of volatility and compromise between different, often contradictory, foreign-policy identities. More broadly, they challenge the notion that the state can now be seen as a one-man actor with a clear foreign policy.
