Czech Republic and Ukraine: from support to strategy

Less than a year ago, Russia launched an unprovoked frontal attack against Ukraine. In addition to providing practical assistance to Ukrainian academics and students, FSV UK has responded to this aggression by creating the Expert Group on Ukraine (EGU), offering interdisciplinary reflection and policy proposals in various areas affected by the war since May 2022.

To mark the upcoming sad anniversary of the Russian aggression, the Faculty of Social Sciences is organising a conference where academics working in the ESU will discuss the topic with external experts. 

The conference will take place on 21 February 2023 in the Blue Auditorium (Celetná 20, Prague 1).
