C4DHI Annual workshop
On 3 and 4 June, the annual workshop of the Centre for Digital Humanities Integration took place at IMS. The workshop was attended by colleagues from Babeș-Bolyai University, Eötvös Loránd University, University of Groningen, HES-SO Valais-Wallis and University of West Bohemia.
Workshop programme:
- Ildikó Barna (Eötvös Loránd University) - From Text to Context: The Power of Natural Language Processing in Unveiling Social and Historical Narratives
- Bogdan Mursa (Babeș-Bolyai University) - Exploring Connections: Modeling and Visualizing Complex Networks
- Martin Bulín and Pavel Ircing (University of West Bohemia) - Semantic indexing and search in large history archives
- Silvia Donke (University of Groningen) - Historical Reference Networks. A Digital Humanities Approach to the Early Modern Science Evolution
- Jakub Mlynář (HES-SO Valais-Wallis) - Studying Human-Machine Interactions in the Lived World: Digital Temporalities, Spatialities, and Social Actions
The programme was funded as part of the 4EU+ Alliance activities.
